Burgundy Wine Dinner with John Terlato
Join Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro for a Burgundy Wine Dinner with John Terlato on Aug. 4.
Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro is thrilled to welcome renowned winemaker John Terlato, Co-Owner, and Co-Chairman of Terlato Wine Group, to a one-night-only Burgundy Wine Dinner.
Throughout this dinner, guests will enjoy a remarkable selection of wines from various vineyards from Burgundy featuring dry, red wines made from pinot noir grapes, and white wines made from chardonnay grapes. Chef de Cuisine, Steven O’Neil has created a six-course French menu including items such as Sea Scallop Carpaccio, Monkfish tail wrapped in demi-smoked pancetta, Milk-fed veal sweetbread and duck foie gras sausage, Roulade of guinea hen, Braised “Burgundy-style” beef cheeks, and sweet puff pastry with stone fruit compote.
This dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $250 per person and can be purchased online.
