The 55th anniversary of Summerfest is taking place at Henry Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee, June 29 to July 1 and July 6 to July 8.
Summerfest, presented by American Family Insurance, has evolved into what is now recognized as “The World’s Largest Music Festival” and Milwaukee’s cornerstone summer celebration. The fest hosts the music industry’s biggest acts, emerging talent and local favorites along with approximately 750,000 fans, for an unforgettable live music experience. The festival got its start one year prior to Woodstock, in 1968, and today features over 1,000 performances on 11 stages, along with food, beverages, and activities, all in a world-class lakeside festival setting.
Acts taking the stage include: Dave Matthews Band (June 29), Odesza (June 30), Zach Bryan (July 7), Imagine Dragons (July 8) and more.
Great music isn’t the only thing to enjoy at Summerfest. The food lineup is deep rooted in local tradition featuring many local Milwaukee favorites and is just as diverse as the headliner lineup. Festival tickets and passes are not valid for admission to American Family Insurance Amphitheater shows.
