As you learn to make this priceless Christmas feast, it will be an experience to remember. Because of the small class sizes, guests will receive individualized instruction from the professional chefs. Instructor Chef Joel is a well-known culinary expert with more than 20 years of teaching experience. He offers a special touch, motivating and engaging the audience with his sense of humor and love of food.

Twice-baked smoked salmon soufflé with sautéed cucumber and dill

Butternut squash velouté with prosciutto and caramelized shallot cream

Roasted cod loin with fennel confit and champagne butter sauce

Pomme purée

Roasted green beans with balsamic gastrique

Lemon galettes with raspberry crème Chantilly

Tickets cost $79.99. Cold beer, wine and cocktails will be available for purchase at the bar. Come early for cocktails at 5:30 before class begins at 6 p.m.
