Check out how Pierandozzi and other female brewery reps in the Midwest are coming together for Women’s History Month.

Hometown: Chicago Heights, IL. Current residence is Cudahy.

First job: Grocery clerk

Favorite ways to spend your free time in WI: Walking our dog, checking out beer gardens and camping when we can get away.

Your biggest accomplishment and why: Honestly, our Women’s Month activities. It fills me with so much pride that our group of women have all come together to raise money and awareness for Sojourner Family Peace Center, as well as growing our presence as women in the beer industry.

The biggest obstacle you overcame: Knowing my worth and where I can grow within my career. I was always a person with many interests and loved working with people, but standing up for myself within a job has been an obstacle. I’m very lucky to have landed with such a caring company as 3 Sheeps.

Someone who inspires you and why: Cliche, but true, my mom! She works insanely hard at her job and is still a constant pillar for our family. She still makes time for lifelong friends, our family and keeping everyone at her job wrangled in.

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Be organized, be positive and learn to say no! We interact with so many people on the daily, it is easy to do too much. This job is a marathon, not a sprint.

Favorite quote: “I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.” –Audre Lorde

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I was a pastry chef for a brief period of time!

What makes someone fabulous: Being there for yourself as much as you are there for others.
