Raised Grain Beer Dinner

The team at Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant will host a beer dinner on August 19 highlighting local craft brewery – Raised Grain Brewing Company, based in Waukesha.
Executive Chef Nick Wirth and his team have created a five-course menu to pair with selected brews from Raised Grain. Haley Erner from the brewery will explain each pairing and more of the story behind this local brewery.
Each beer brewed at Raised Grain is a combination of their passion, technology and inspiration. Pairing highlights include Tempura Fried Rock Shrimp with Raised Grain Raised Grain “Pivo Boho,” Czech-style pilsner, Cured Duck Breast paired with Raised Grain “Grapefruit and Key Lime featuring Citra Hops,” Sour, and Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache alongside Raised Grain “Six Stone,” Scotch Ale.
