Bon appétit! The Kohler Food and Wine extravaganza will be making its annual return to the American Club Resort Hotel later this fall. This event is a four-day experience, beginning on Thursday, Oct. 20 and spanning the entire weekend with an ample agenda of food, wine and fun.

This foodie-friendly festival is designed to educate and inspire guests in the kitchen through engaging cooking demonstrations, dynamic seminars and opportunities to learn from some of the most creative chefs and wine experts in the nation. And at Kohler Food and Wine, you can work hard and play harder as you attend tastings, luncheons and evening soirées in between the action.

Whether you’re an amateur cook or culinary enthusiast, you will be equally astounded and motivated by the panel of seasoned professionals attending Kohler Food and Wine. Prepare to be wowed by Tom Colicchio, head judge on Bravo’s “Top Chef”, Sherry Yard, award-winning bakery owner and cookbook author, and Derrell Smith, a former NFL player turned chef.

If you’re a wine lover, you’ll be on cloud nine at the new Beer and Wine Garden. Here, guests are greeted with live music daily and presented with classic Wisconsin beers and a variety of phenomenal Underwood wines to sip in the sunlight. Kohler Food and Wine boasts over 500 unique wines from some of the top vineyards in the nation, including favorites like Villa Sandi, Cakebread Cellars and Duckhorn Vineyards.
