Charcuterie 101 Workshop

Learn how to create the perfectly eye-pleasing and mouth-drooling charcuterie board at The Mill Hotel on June 8 from 3 to 5 p.m.

The Mill Hotel is the area’s newest boutique experience, nestled in a newly renovated 150-year-old grain mill. This grain mill is an important piece of the village’s history. The Mill is filled with character, offering a coffee shop & a restaurant with happy hour drink deals from 4 to 6 p.m. A full bar and food options will be available to purchase.

This class will cover the basics of creating a charcuterie and cheese board for any season. This includes understanding key design rules, the color wheel and color balance. No experience is necessary to attend this class. This workshop is perfect for a day date or a fun Saturday with the girls.

The $80 ticket includes one seat in class and all of the ingredients to make and take home a 10-inch charcuterie board, a charcuterie checklist and Tips n’ Tricks guide.
