40th Anniversary of Bastille Days

Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Bastille Days in Milwaukee at Cathedral Square Park, July 13 through July 16.

This summer, the city’s beloved French festival will be celebrating its 40th year anniversary! Patrons can expect great food, entertainment, the infamous Storm the Bastille Run/Walk, along with some fresh new twists to create an authentic French flavor. The free four day bash attracts over 250,000 visitors annually who enjoy live music, an international marketplace, French and Cajun cuisine and a 43 foot Eiffel Tower replica offering hourly light shows.

Storm the Bastille 5K will take place on Thursday, July 13 from 9 to 10 p.m. an is $35 per participant. This portion of the event and race includes a Storm the Bastille T-Shirt, Timed Bib and a post-race beer or bottled water.
