After starting 2017 with a new owner and undergoing a $14-million renovation, The Ingleside offers 194 new guest rooms and suites, a ballroom and a multitude of oversized meeting spaces perfect for every occasion. Each room at the hotel encompasses The Ingleside’s goal of providing a warm and cozy environment to each guest and has been carefully designed to make visitors feel as if they were at home.
The new spaces showcase an earth-toned color palette and feature natural wood finishes throughout its layout. Each room comes equipped with a flat-screen television, toiletries from Bath and Body Works, and complimentary internet access. A suite provides the same luxury amenities with a few exclusive upgrades like separate living spaces, a spalike soaking tub and much more. Each room at The Ingleside is very pet-friendly and encourages travelers to bring along their pups for a stay. Though there is a $25 pet fee, the hotel provides a sWag bag for each furry friend filled with treats and a variety of toy types to ensure your dog relaxes in just as much comfort and style as you.
In addition to an oversized indoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center (there is a must-visit atrium-style yoga room inside), one of the biggest features and draws to the property is its indoor waterpark, Springs Waterpark. The splash pad features three thrilling water slides for all adventurer types, a whirlpool, a lazy river and a jungle gym complete with water buckets and guns. If you aren’t looking to get wet but still enjoy the fun, the Geyser Game Arcade is connected to the park and houses 50-plus interactive games, or take some time to relax at the full-service bar, the Wet Whistle Salon, for beach-themed cocktails and cold craft brews. The waterpark is rentable for birthday parties and events, and passes can be included in room charges or via day passes.

Though famous for its waterpark, The Ingleside is also known to be a go-to spot for events, including your wedding day. The property is an award-winning destination for weddings, according to Wedding Wire, The Knot, Premier Bride and many other publications. The hotel offers exclusive packages and will host not only the reception, but the ceremony, and all of your guests too. There are 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a picturesque garden with an elegant gazebo. In addition to weddings, there are also meeting spaces and conference rooms available to rent for all event types (we got to see modeling auditions, corporate meetings and even a baby shower).
New with the renovation comes the hotel’s main dining destination, Didi’s Supper Club, home to pub-style food and a collection of refined dishes made with fresh, locally grown ingredients. Didi’s offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and houses a bar with handcrafted cocktails, cold beer and a selection of fine wine.
