With Executive Chef Chris Myers at the helm, Cento in Madison is ringing in the New Year with a prix-fixe menu for $150 per person. The dinner will feature five courses, with a multitude of options for each course, including dietary restriction- and allergy-friendly plates. Some sneak peek items include a squid-ink ravioli with beef short rib, bone marrow, calamari and a 12-oz. grilled-to-perfection prime NY steak prepared with wild mushroom, brussels sprout and marsala demi. Be sure to reserve your spot online in advance to ensure your seats at the feast.

For a German-style New Year’s celebration, Essen Haus in Madison is offering an all-inclusive NYE party. The grand celebration will include live music, half-off all libations, party favors, a specialty dinner menu and hangover-preventing bites like hot wings, onions rings and more fun finger food. The main course will feature peeled shrimp, pan-seared steaks, lamb and a multitude of German items. Tickets to enter the party are $90, and the fun starts at 6 p.m.

An indulgent, four-course menu will be served up at Bacchus this New Year’s Eve, with premium wine pairings to complement each dish. The chef-driven menu, curated by Executive Chef Nick Wirth and Sous Chef Alex Stankiewicz, will feature luxe eats like duck liver pate, seared foie gras, Maine lobster, risotto cakes and so much more to help you celebrate 2022 in a luxurious fashion. The meal is $150 per person, and reservations are required.

Offering a 1920’s-style French New Year’s Eve dinner, DelecTable in Madison is giving guests an unforgettable holiday experience with a nine-course, luxury dinner. The night will start off with complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres like the Boule De Pain (house-made seasonal bread with sea salt butter) paired with a Champagne brut, then the culinary experience will begin. Each course will come with the option of a craft cocktail or wine/bubbly pairing to sip alongside each plate, with main courses featuring elegant plates like the caramelized onion soup or sea scallops and octopus with mornay sauce. The NYE dinner starts at $169 per person and varies depending on seat location.

A Champagne-inspired celebration, Liliana’s is offering a pre-NYE celebration on Dec. 28 as the restaurant will be closed for the holiday. The dinner will feature three courses, beginning with a refreshing salad, hand-tossed with romaine, golden raisins, slivered almonds, roasted chicken and a creamy Champagne vinaigrette. Then for the main course, a Champagne-poached salmon, served alongside seared polenta, roasted brussels sprouts and lemon butter, will be served. For dessert, guests can expect to try the shortcake, with macerated berries and a Champagne sabayon. Reservations are encouraged but not required.

A contemporary favorite in Madison, the L’Etoile is helping ring in the New Year with a surprise prix-fixe menu with a cocktail and wine pairing. The specialty menu and pairings will be revealed on the holiday, but guests can expect L’Etoile to provide an unforgettable experience. Tickets start at $150 per person with libation pairings and $100 without. The spot warns there are no modifications available for the dinner.
