John Billings is the executive chef at Lake Lawn Resort, an historic resort located along Delavan Lake’s shoreline, a short drive from Lake Geneva. The resort is home to three restaurants: Lookout Bar & Eatery, Isle of Capri Café and a new concept opening this June in the Frontier Restaurant’s space.
