Everly is a casual, California-inspired restaurant featuring fresh ingredients, cocktails, and a beautiful patio located in Madison on Monroe.
Everly is bright and open with a large bar that offers bar seating inside as well as outside on the patio side of the bar. It is the perfect combination of casual and comfortable, yet still upscale. The patio is beautiful and cozy, and it is actually the first and only large full-service outdoor seating area in the Monroe Street neighborhood.
On the menu, you’ll find both classic dishes and innovative menu items. They serve brunch on the weekends and lunch and dinner daily.
For starters, we highly recommend the Fried Brussels Sprouts with crispy kale, fried onions and a citrus vinaigrette; and the Avocado Toast made with crushed avocado, cured salmon, Fresno chiles and red onion.
Main entree standouts include the Korean Steak Tacos, Spicy Shrimp Bucatini and Salmon Banh Mi. We absolutely loved the Butternut Squash + Forbidden Rice Curry, so much flavor! As is, it makes for one of the best vegan + gluten free dishes we have ever had. You can add chicken, shrimp, tofu, salmon or steak if you would like.
Everly serves a variety of cocktails, beers, ciders, wines as well as coffee to complement your meal.
Everly offers Happy Hour Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm, enjoy $3 off wines by the glass, $2 off signature cocktails, and $1 off beer, or taste your way through the happy hour snack menu.
