New Brewhouse Dinner Series at Old World Wisconsin

Wisconsin Historical Society’s Brewhouse has entered the scene at Old World Wisconsin in Eagle. The building is the newest addition to the picturesque area, and in celebration of its opening, Brewhouse is offering a farm-to-table dinner series on select dates throughout summer.

For those who have not had the incredible opportunity to visit Old World Wisconsin, the destination includes 60 historic structures that have been beautifully restored with new life. Its latest restoration brings Brewhouse to the site, as well as a new venture for the area.

The dinner series will allow visitors to get a sneak peek of Brewhouse with a tour of the grounds. For adults ($99 per person), the tour will provide you with refreshing tastings from local breweries, including some of the first brews from the new brewery. Your trek around the property will lead you to the Clausing Barn for a stellar, four-course meal that has been handcrafted only with local ingredients. Each course will be accompanied by a beer pairing as Brewhouse’s team guides you through the new destination’s plans and sips. Vegan and vegetarian menus are also available upon request.

Reservations are required, and the series will run on select Saturdays from May to September.
