The charismatic mixologist and bar manager at Plain Spoke Cocktail Company—a favorite spot for Madison locals and tourists alike—has managed to introduce a fresh, new flair into the city’s spirits scene (and pay homage to Wisconsin’s inimitable charm, in the process).
