IRONMAN Wisconsin 70.3 is happening Sept. 8 at 7 a.m. in Madison! Not only will athletes appreciate the beautiful Wisconsin landscape, but they’ll also experience the Midwestern charm and big city culture that Madison has to offer.
Athletes from all over the world come to experience the amazing crowd energy and legendary spectator support. Athletes start off with a 1.2-mile swim in the deep waters of Lake Monona, then transition into biking 56 miles in rural Dane Country. This course offers many challenging climbs and turns throughout. Finally, athletes finish strong with a 13.1-mile run along the shores of Lake Monona.
