International Festival

The International Festival is returning to the Overture Center, and it’s bigger and better than ever! The annual festival of culture and community has expanded to a two-day event on Saturday, Apr. 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Apr. 2 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Guests will be able to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and diversity of the surrounding community through free performances by artists from Dane County, delicious international dishes, awe-inspiring arts and crafts from around the world, and information from many local organizations and businesses with global flair.
More than 40 cultures will be represented, with more than 30 artists alongside tons of craft and food booths. Some Dane County foodie favorites to check out include: Café Costa Rica, Madame Chu Delicacies, Jakarta Cafe and Rolling Pin Bake Shop. Also be on the lookout for Knitting For Peace if you’re looking to treat yourself to an adorable, handmade knit work of art that also gives back to good causes.
