Food Fight Restaurant Group Honors Hunger Action Month

In honor of the start of Hunger Action Month, Food Fight Restaurant Group is undoubtedly taking action. During September, the company partners with Second Harvest Foodbank to create awareness about this crisis in Madison and use collective resources to help generate donations for the fight against hunger.

There are several different ways Food Fight—a family of more than 20 Madison restaurants—is helping make it easy for people to donate to Second Harvest Foodbank. A $1 donation is made each time a Second Harvest special menu item is ordered at one of the Food Fight restaurant locations. (A $4 donation is made for every family-style meal.) Customers are also able to add any donation amount to their bill when they dine at a Food Fight restaurant, as well as add an additional donation to phone orders and online orders through ChowNow.

Over the years, Food Fight has donated thousands of meals to local families in need in Dane County. Last year alone, the company donated more than $36,000, which provided more than 100,000 meals.
